- From here the fax is sent to your service provider’s server where it is converted into a file format that a fax machine will recognize. When the message has been converted it is sent on to the recipients fax number. Easy right!

- Again you must be registered with a web based service provider.
- You must supply your customers, co-workers, suppliers and anyone else that may require your fax number with the fax number that you have received when you registered.
- The same method is followed as mentioned above, your message is received by an online server then converted and sent on to you.
- The fax to email service will allow the fax to appear in your inbox as an unread mail, with the fax as an attachment.
- Another possible manner to receive your fax is that you receive an email notification informing you that you have received a fax, you then have to log onto your service to download your fax.
